Continue our Tour to Medjugorje (30km) - The parish of Medjugorje is situated in Herzegovina. The pastoral cars of the Parishes confided to the priests of the Herzegovinian Franciscan Province of the Assumptions of Mary. The whole region is inhabited by Croats (Bosnian Croats) who received Christianity 13 centuries ago. In historical documents, the Village was mentioned in 1599 for the first time. The present Parish was founded in 1892 and dedicated to St. James the Apostle, protector of pilgrims.

Lake Scutari which is the largest Lake on Balkan Pennsylvania. Six rivers flow into the lake, of which the principal is the Moraca. The Bojana River flows out at the lake’s southern end to the Adriatic. Around the lakeshore are many small villages that are noted for their old monasteries and fortresses. The Albanian town of Shkoder is at the southern end of the lake.

Visit to Source of the River Bosna - The trail to the park is three kilometers long avenue with an old sycamores planted in 1894. We will come to the Source of the River Bosna which is ideal for day out, and it‘s one of the favorite outdoors locations for local people. The whole area is protected landmark, which looks like a complex full of small lakes, bridges and animals like swans and ducks.
